About Mandi and Tranquil Growth Yoga & Breathwork
Mandi Gray, E-RYT 500, RYT 500, YACEP (she/her) brings over 20 years of experience to her work as a teacher, trainer, and community builder. Her yoga journey began alongside her studies in Eastern Herbalism, and she has since cultivated a rich teaching practice specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Trapeze. Mandi completed her 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings with Julianna Arce’s Yoga Teacher Academy, her Breathwork Coach Training with The Whole Health Project, and her Trapeze Yoga certification with Yogabody. A Certified Breath Coach, Trauma-Aware Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner, Mandi’s approach blends technical expertise with a deeply intuitive understanding of the body–mind connection.
As owner and lead trainer of Tranquil Growth Yoga & Breathwork, a Yoga Alliance–registered school, she has created successful 200-hour teacher training programs and now offers a 300-hour advanced training in collaboration with Central West End Yoga. This program honors the roots of Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, integrates the Yamas and Niyamas, and delivers a comprehensive, socially-aware education that emphasizes racial equity, diversity, and personal transformation. It is designed both for graduates of 200-hour programs and for dedicated practitioners seeking to deepen their relationship with yoga.
Beyond training, Mandi leads retreats, workshops, and private sessions, and is known for holding inclusive, supportive spaces for learning and self-discovery. Off the mat, she’s a mom, avid hiker and camper, animal lover, and curious explorer of crystals, pendulum chakra readings, and herbalism. For Mandi, sharing yoga’s rich teachings is not just a career—it’s an honor and a lifelong calling.
