Are You In For A Beautiful Retreat?
Pauntley Court
An English Countryside Retreat
May 3-7, 2027
Exhale. Slow down. Remember what matters.
Gloucestershire, England May 3 - 7, 2027
Tucked into the rolling hills of the English countryside, Pauntley Court invites you into a different rhythm — one shaped by misty mornings, candlelit dinners, blooming gardens, movement that awakens the body, and long conversations beside the fire.
Join Constance & Dizzie for five restorative days inside a historic manor house surrounded by ancient hedgerows and spring vineyards. Think grounding yoga, slow breakfasts, woodland walks, local wine, deep rest, garden blooms, and evenings that stretch softly into night.
This retreat is designed to nourish both stillness and connection — a chance to step away from urgency and into beauty.
Something in you has been waiting for this.
Your English countryside chapter begins here.
Five Days, Designed With Intention
-

A Historic Manor in the English Countryside
Stay inside the storied rooms of Pauntley Court—a centuries-old manor house whose history is woven into every corner. Set among the rolling hills of Gloucestershire, this enchanting estate has welcomed generations of guests and carries the quiet beauty of a place shaped by time.
Wake up beneath old wood beams, wander past climbing roses and hidden staircases, curl up beside crackling fireplaces, and take in sweeping views across the countryside. Each room has its own unique character and charm, offering a glimpse into the past while creating a warm and peaceful place to rest, reflect, and reconnect.
-

Daily Yoga, Breathwork & Restoration
Each morning, we’ll gather to move, breathe, and create space to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that often get lost in the pace of everyday life.
Through thoughtfully guided yoga, breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices, you’ll be invited to slow down, find your rhythm, listen inward, and return to a deeper sense of presence and clarity.
Each practice is designed to support the journey back to yourself: creating space for awareness, intention, connection, and a renewed understanding of what matters most.
-

Farm-to-Table Dining & Slow Gatherings
Food is an essential part of the retreat experience. Throughout our stay, we’ll have our own private culinary team preparing each meal on-site, bringing the flavors and traditions of the English countryside to our table through seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients that are fresh, vibrant, and beautifully simple.
Every detail has been considered, with menus created to honor a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other preferences. Our goal is for every guest to feel completely cared for and at ease, able to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the week.
-

Storied English Pub Evening
One evening, we’ll venture out for dinner at a traditional English countryside pub, where flickering fireplaces, candlelit tables, stone walls, and cozy corners create the perfect setting for a long, lingering meal. Expect hearty seasonal dishes, local ales and wine, and that unmistakable sense of warmth, welcome, and gathering that makes an English pub feel like a place you’ve somehow always known.
-

Space to Rest & Reconnect
This retreat is intentionally spacious, leaving room for the slower, quieter parts of being away. There will be time for afternoon naps, reading by the fire, wandering through the gardens, tea in the courtyard, quiet conversation, journaling, long baths, and, perhaps most importantly, doing absolutely nothing. Not every moment needs to be productive. Some of the most meaningful moments may be the ones with nowhere to be and nothing to accomplish.
-

Meaningful Connection
From shared meals to evening conversations beneath the stars, this retreat is designed to foster genuine connection — not performative networking or forced socializing.
Come alone. Come with a friend. Come with your partner.
There will be space for both community and solitude.
Where Stillness Meets Storybook England
Nestled in the Gloucestershire countryside at the edge of the Cotswolds, Pauntley Court is a historic manor estate unlike anywhere else.
With its ancient gardens, ivy-covered stone walls, candlelit interiors, and deeply peaceful atmosphere, the estate feels suspended between worlds — elegant yet grounded, luxurious yet deeply human.
In early May, the countryside comes alive with fresh green landscapes, flowering gardens, cool mornings, and long golden evenings.
This is not a resort retreat.
It is something slower. Something softer. Something intentionally intimate.
Open your body to stillness, your breath to fresh spring air, and your heart to whatever wants to unfold.
Daily movement, deep rest, beautiful meals, and unforgettable moments await inside this intimate English countryside retreat.

We strongly encourage you to arrive in England a couple of days before the retreat begins. And while we’d love to have you join us, the itinerary is equally lovely to experience on your own if you prefer a little solo time in London.
Think of these two days as part of the experience—not something you have to rush through, but an invitation to arrive slowly and intentionally. We want you to step through the gates of Pauntley Court feeling settled, refreshed, and ready to exhale.
